There are skills in the debugging operation of the printing machine. It is impossible to debug by feeling. Today, I will briefly mention a few points to avoid many common carton printing problems.
Confirm the zero point of the plate pressure adjustment, hang the plate (preferably the full version) and slowly reduce the gap of the anilox roll. The 90% printing area is the zero point of the plate pressure. Note that the front end of the press-over-printing pattern is not regular! This gap needs to be proofread every month!
For the zero adjustment of the printing press, take the three-layer B-watt as an example, and slowly reduce the plate gap to ensure that 90% of the full-page printing is inked. At this time, the electronic control value minus the thickness of the cardboard is the zero point of the printing pressure. During normal operation, the printing pressure is about 0.2-0.5 mm lower than that of the cardboard. If the printing pressure is too heavy, the back side of the printing surface will be irregular. This gap needs to be proofread every month!

In the printing machine production process, in principle, the thickness of the cardboard can not be reduced by more than 5%, otherwise it will seriously affect the pressure resistance!
During the production process, it is found that when the printing machine is in an overall position when accelerating, it is necessary to increase the pressure of the paper wheel, and it is necessary to increase the printing pressure from the back to the front, otherwise the printing leakage may be poor.
In the production process, we found that there is more slotting in the cardboard without squatting. The main reason is that the transition from the last color of the cardboard to the entrance of the slotting machine is not good, so that the cardboard hits the slotting knife and the transition plate is added. Can be solved!
