2. Ink: The color concentration of red ink must be high, which is often referred to as high concentration and low viscosity. Therefore, the quality of the ink must be ensured, which is also a key point.

3, printing plate: printing plate needs to be improved, the first printing plate hardness to be controlled at 34 degrees, if the printing plate hardness is too high, then the ability of the printing plate transfer ink is weakened, is bound to cause printing dew. Secondly, stick tape on the edge of the upper and lower flaps of the back side of the printing plate to increase the printing pressure on the edges of the cardboard.

4.
